"No payments for up to 2 years" and approval based on home equity rather than credit score apply to our PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing only — a program secured by your home and repaid through an assessment on your property tax bill (a lien on the property), with terms set by the PACE program and applicable Florida law. Other financing options are unsecured and based on creditworthiness, with no origination fee. Payment terms vary by product.
** The "$97/month" figure is an example only, modeled on a $10,000 project financed over 20 years at 8.49% interest with a 12% origination fee financed into the loan (amount financed approximately $11,200; total of payments approximately $23,310).
